The von Huene Workshop has been making recorders for more than 50 years, and we've become experts at recorder repairs. We offer the best service in the country and we are the North American warranty repair agents for Moeck, Mollenhauer, Küng, Aafab and Yamaha. Our skilled staff can revoice, retune, and repair even the most seriously injured instruments. Many repairs can be done within a week (often less) unless there is a special problem that we have discussed with you.
Simply send us your instrument, along with your name, return address, daytime telephone number (so that we can contact you to discuss your instrument if necessary), Visa or Mastercard information, and a detailed note describing the problem and your instructions, and leave the rest to us! Even if you have spoken to us on the phone or e-mailed before sending your instrument, please include a note with this information anyway so that it's clear.
Instruments for repair can be shipped by whatever carrier is most convenient; your package will be delivered inside and will not be left unattended on our doorstep. However, shipping services are not always gentle even if a package is marked fragile, so you should be sure to package it in a sturdy box with plenty of packaging. If the instrument has a usuable case, it is a good idea to package it in the case for extra protection in shipping.

Shipping and insurance charges are not included; our minimum charge for shipping instruments is $20 within the continental United States. Telephone numbers are required for international delivery. We can, of course, ship by expedited methods at additional cost.
