Zen-On's beautiful tenor and bass recorders are made of cherry with polished brass keywork. They feature a rich, full tone, with crisp articulation and a pronounced "chiff." The instruments are voiced to be particularly powerful in the lower register, and can work well in consort with either Renaissance or baroque recorders. The bass is one of the lightest we've played.  A hard plush-lined case is included.
